The items that comprise the City of Gold Coast Libraries collection (“the collection”) have been obtained by City of Gold Coast (“Council”) from a wide variety of sources over many years.

You are welcome to use the items in the collection provided that your use is accordance with the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

You may download, display, print or reproduce this content in unaltered form for educational purposes, non-commercial research or study. 

Unauthorised commercial publication or reproduction of any item in the collection is prohibited.

Council does not own the copyright in all of the items in the collection and the duration of copyright in the items in the collection varies.
